Virsys12 Adds Senior Consultant and Developer as Growth Continues

Technology Firm Deepens Expertise with Additions of Heffelfinger, Sinard

Virsys12, an award-winning, certified Salesforce Gold Consulting Partner, continues to strengthen its expertise in healthcare and reinforce its focus on client success with the addition of Laura Heffelfinger as Senior Consultant and Tim Sinard as Developer.

“With recent uncertainty and ongoing changes in the healthcare environment, technology has never been more essential for helping our clients transform their businesses,” says Virsys12’s CEO, Tammy Hawes. “Salesforce’s Health Cloud and promising innovations like Einstein Artificial Intelligence (AI) present opportunities to improve both operations and outcomes. Our newest team members bring the talent and experience to help clients build for the future.”

Laura Heffelfinger joins Virsys12 as Senior Consultant with experience deploying Salesforce throughout North America, Europe, India and Japan within the bioscience division of Thermo Fisher Scientific, where she served as CRM Product Owner. She brings a decade of Salesforce experience as she comes to Virsys12 from Ramsey Solutions where she led strategic and execution teams to implement the company’s first CRM. She holds a BS in Biology from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and studied Virology at the Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health.

“I love what Salesforce can do from an operational standpoint to make people and organizations more efficient,” Heffelfinger says. “I’ve seen that technology succeeds best when it’s business driven, so my goal is to help clients get the right processes and solutions in place so that they can stay focused on what’s most important—improving health outcomes.”

Tim Sinard began working with Virsys12 as a contract developer in August of 2016 and joined full time at the end of October. He has already contributed to client successes, working on custom Apex implementations, SMS configurations, and hands-on coding and custom Salesforce implementations. Sinard previously held software engineer roles for UBS Investment Bank and Asurion. He is a Six Sigma Yellow Belt and he holds a BS in Computer Science with a concentration in software and scientific applications from Tennessee Technological University.

“I was excited to join a fast-paced company where I can make a difference and keep learning every day,” Sinard says. “As a developer, I’ve had a lot of experience with different technologies, and I feel Salesforce is the future of development.”

In other staff news, consultant Sara Schroeck recently achieved her Salesforce Sales Cloud certification. As the market evolves, Virsys12 continues to expand, says Vice President of Client Success Paul Peterson.
