The platform combines telehealth visits, AI-supported clinical decision support and evidence-based treatment pathways to help clinicians develop individualized care plans while expanding access to specialists. Clinical decisions remain under provider oversight.

The launch comes as healthcare organizations continue exploring virtual specialty care models to address workforce shortages and improve access. According to the American Urological Association, more than 60% of U.S. counties lack a practicing urologist, contributing to delays in care for millions of patients.

Initially available to adult women in Florida and Pennsylvania, Urology Health plans to expand to additional states and eventually serve both women and men.

Led by urogynecologist Stuart Hart, MD, and Chief Clinical Officer Diane K. Newman, DNP, the company says its value-based model emphasizes conservative treatment before escalating to medications or procedural interventions, with the goal of improving outcomes while reducing unnecessary healthcare utilization.
