Team On The Run Launch Offers Secure Communications Solutions for Healthcare Workers

Novel Push To Talk Technology Now on Trial in New York, Rolling Out Nationwide

Healthcare providers in New York are leveraging an exciting new Push To Talk solution, Team On The Run, created by STREAMWIDE SA (EPA: ALSTW), a global communications software technology provider delivering mission critical and enterprise communication solutions. The HIPAA-compliant technology pilot currently supports multiple teams in New York City and the trial is being extended to include additional clinical areas. While the trial is currently enabled for existing Sonim XP3 and XP5 rugged devices, the Team On The Run solution is carrier agnostic and can be deployed on a wide variety of existing IOS, Android and PC devices, without the expense of purchasing new equipment.

Using the Team On The RRun Push To Talk software solution, care team members are now able to easily access an automatic secure group connection saving valuable time, resulting in multiple efficiencies within care coordination.

Team On The Run organizes care teams into channels to allow those team members within each channel to simultaneously be alerted and automatically connected. One feature of the Team On The Run solution, Push To Talk Channel Automatic Connection, avoids relying on a user to manually join the channel for their group. Instead, the user is connected to the rest of the care team as long as their device is powered on and connected to a network. Push To Talk audio recordings of calls may be made and saved for audit purposes.

“STREAMWIDE is honored to be able to assist healthcare workers with an adaptable solution to fit their everyday needs. We take great pride in working closely with our customers to provide mission critical solutions, especially in a space as vital as healthcare. This solution is designed to be flexible enough to meet the demands of an industry that relies on quick and efficient communication, and we’re ready to meet the needs of other healthcare organizations,” said STREAMWIDE Chief Executive Officer Pascal Beglin.

Team On The Run all-in-one critical communications solution is offered in a SaaS model or on Premise. The secure integrated team-based platform provides the ability to process, index, export, and act upon information securely in real time. Care team members benefit from numerous functionalities such as the multimedia group discussions, VoIP, Messenger, Push-To-Talk (Mission Critical PTT and MCx new generation 4G / 5G LTE), video, geolocation, digitization and automation of business processes.

These innovative solutions meet the growing needs for digital transformation and real-time coordination of interventions, allowing field teams as well as multiple departments to transform individual contributions into collective successes and to act as one in the most demanding professional environments.

Team On The Run Push-To-Talk capabilities quickly had an immediate impact on care team members. The flexibility to use existing devices, while providing a secure network, automatic connectivity to share information to each team member within a group simultaneously, Push-To-Talk recordings of logs and delivery options, saved time and increased efficiencies for care team members. Team On The Run showing initial success has resonated and prompted requests from additional care teams to experience Team On The Run Push-To-Talk solution.

STREAMWIDE’s Team On The Run solution is available nationwide now with additional pilot programs rolling out throughout Q1’21.
