Omega Healthcare Appoints Vijayashree Natarajan as Chief Technology Officer

Boca Raton, Fla. — September 30, 2025 — Omega Healthcare has appointed Vijayashree Natarajan as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), expanding her leadership role to drive the company’s technology and product strategy with a focus on artificial intelligence (AI) and digital innovation.
In addition to her new role, Natarajan will continue to serve as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of WhiteSpace Health, Omega Healthcare’s healthcare analytics subsidiary, where she will oversee initiatives to enhance data-driven value creation and operational performance.

Natarajan brings more than 25 years of experience across healthcare, life sciences, banking, and financial services. Since joining Omega Healthcare, she has led several digital transformation initiatives aimed at integrating advanced technologies to improve efficiency and client outcomes.

She holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics from the Madras Institute of Technology, Chennai, and an Executive Program Certification in Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy from the MIT Sloan School of Management, Cambridge.
