The annual Patient Experience Summit is the largest independent patient experience conference in the world.
Cleveland Clinic and HIMSS are proud to announce an exciting new partnership around this annual summit. The Cleveland Clinic and HIMSS partnership will enhance the focus on technology and more deeply explore how healthcare is extending empathy into an increasingly digital environment. From the plenary stage and diverse workshops, to immersive experiences and networking opportunities, the world’s largest conference devoted to improving the patient experience convenes leading physicians, executives and caregivers to examine what patients and families want and how quality, safety, experience, design and tech can be reimagined to build the ideal patient and human experience.
In 2018, participants came from 47 states and 35 countries to bring together the leaders, providers, healthcare organizations, patients, payers and industries committed to improving the patient experience through empathy and innovation. In its 10th year, Cleveland Clinic and HIMSS are partnering to enhance the focus on technology and more deeply explore how healthcare is extending empathy into an increasingly digital environment.
The annual summit provides a forum which showcases the exceptional efforts to generate and exchange ideas, strategies and practices to improve and sustain quality patient experience. Through honest commentary on what hasn’t worked, and patient and family reflections on what’s still needed, attendees will hear how organizations around the world will strive to deliver the best clinical, physical and emotional experience to patients and families.
