Cedar Gate Technologies (Cedar Gate), a value-based care performance management company, today announced its acquisition of Deerwalk, a healthcare data management, analytics and business intelligence company. Together, the companies intend to create a value-based care analytics and administration platform to serve insights, reporting and administrative solutions for payers, providers, employers and Administrative Services Organizations (ASOs), including health plans, TPAs, brokers and consultants among others.
