ACU-Serve Acquires TANYR to Broaden Post-Acute RCM Capabilities

ACU-Serve Acquires TANYR, Strengthens Position in Post-Acute RCM Market

ACU-Serve has announced the acquisition of TANYR, a company specializing in infusion revenue cycle management (RCM) services. The acquisition is intended to broaden ACU-Serve’s reach and capabilities across the post-acute care space.

Broader Capabilities in Post-Acute RCM

TANYR’s infusion-focused expertise complements ACU-Serve’s existing RCM offerings. The combined strengths of both organizations aim to support a wider range of post-acute care providers while maintaining a focus on client-centered service delivery.

“This partnership is a significant step toward our goal of becoming the leading RCM provider in the post-acute market,” said Jim Knight, CEO of ACU-Serve. “Rodney and Glenel have built an outstanding reputation in infusion RCM, and we’re thrilled to welcome the TANYR team into the ACU-Serve family.”

The acquisition brings together two organizations that share a focus on high-touch service and operational excellence. It also enhances ACU-Serve’s ability to provide integrated solutions and support across the care continuum.

Operational Continuity and Integration

TANYR’s leadership and staff will continue in their roles, ensuring continuity for existing clients. The team will now operate with the added support of ACU-Serve’s technology platform and operational infrastructure.

We chose ACU-Serve for their experience and proven infrastructure,” said Rodney Wright, owner of TANYR. “Their strong reputation in the DME space ensures our team has the support and tools to deliver an even greater impact. They’re the right fit for our next chapter.”

Strategic Direction

The transaction reflects ACU-Serve’s ongoing strategy to expand its footprint in specialized RCM services, particularly within the post-acute segment. The company is positioning itself to meet the evolving needs of healthcare providers through targeted partnerships and technology-enabled service delivery.

The acquisition was finalized on June 13, 2025.
