Fierce Biotech Week is set to return to Boston May 12–14, 2026, with organizers planning to host the event at Encore Boston Harbor. The conference is expected to bring together cross-functional life sciences professionals for programming focused on multiple areas of the drug development lifecycle, including drug development, clinical trials and operations, Trial Master File (TMF) management, business development and licensing (BD&L), and PR and communications.
According to Fierce Biotech Week’s event website, the 2026 meeting will include sessions and networking designed for stakeholders across R&D and clinical research, with tracks covering topics such as clinical trial operations and inspection readiness, preclinical research and CMC, dealmaking, and communications.
