Maxim Healthcare Expands Services, Opens New State Offices, and Increases Hiring Nationwide

COLUMBIA, Md. — August 11, 2025 — Maxim Healthcare has announced business growth across the country, including expansion into two additional states, new behavioral health offices, a refreshed online presence, and continued nationwide hiring.

The home healthcare provider, which delivers continuous skilled nursing services and personal and behavioral care, has extended operations to New Mexico and Georgia, bringing its reach to 33 states and the District of Columbia. The company is recruiting for positions at its Maryland headquarters and in markets nationwide, spanning recruitment, business development, field operations, clinical, and caregiver roles.

Ongoing Hiring and Service Expansion

Since January, Maxim has hired an average of 50 new employees each month. In the past six months, the company has opened four behavioral health offices and plans to open two more before the end of 2025. These offices provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and other behavioral health services, primarily serving adolescents with autism and developmental, emotional, or behavioral needs.

“We are consistently hiring across the country,” said Jarrod DePriest, Chief Executive Officer of Maxim Healthcare. “Patients’ preferences have shifted toward value-based, homecare services. Our growth reflects our culture, investment in caregiver benefits, and ability to align with evolving healthcare trends.”

New Digital Presence

Alongside its operational growth, Maxim has launched a redesigned website and updated its company logo. The changes aim to improve user experience while maintaining the company’s long-standing commitment to enhancing quality of life in the communities it serves.

Commitment to Care

Founded more than 30 years ago, Maxim Healthcare continues to provide home-based skilled nursing and behavioral care nationwide. “The challenges facing the home healthcare industry are real, but Maxim is in a strong position because of our people, our values, and our mission,” said DePriest. “We remain committed to delivering comprehensive, compassionate care to the patients we serve.”
