U.S. News & World Report has released its 2026-2027 Best Children’s Hospitals rankings, marking the 20th edition of the annual evaluation.

The rankings recognize 90 children’s hospitals across 34 states and Washington, D.C. and evaluate performance across 11 pediatric specialties, including pediatric and adolescent behavioral health. Eleven hospitals earned a place on the Honor Roll for strong performance across multiple specialties.

The rankings are intended to help families and physicians evaluate pediatric care options, particularly for children with serious illnesses or rare conditions. U.S. News and RTI International analyzed clinical data from 114 children’s hospitals and surveyed thousands of pediatric specialists.
