Company Continues Recruitment Drive to Meet Increased Global Demand
As Oneview Healthcare continues to build significant new sales momentum in its key markets of the U.S., Middle East and Australia; it announces three senior appointments – two in the U.S. and one in the Middle East. The ongoing recruitment drive at Oneview, where headcount has doubled in 18 months, responds to strong demand from healthcare facilities seeking patient and clinician engagement programs to improve patient satisfaction, reduce readmissions and enhance clinical team efficiency.
Oneview Healthcare is pleased to announce the appointment of Monica Lightman, an experienced healthcare solutions sales leader, as Vice President Northeast Region. Monica will be based in the New York metropolitan market, where she will lead sales and new business development opportunities in the Northeast region of the U.S.
Monica brings more than 15 years of successful executive sales in quality improvement, patient satisfaction and engagement. Most recently, she has cultivated significant experience in remote patient monitoring at AMC Health and Advanced ICU Care.
The second appointment to the US team is Julie Conley who joins as Implementation Manager for Central and Eastern U.S. Julie brings 25 years of healthcare experience; having originally trained as a registered nurse and gone on to become a clinical informatics leader. She joins Oneview from Computer Sciences Corporation where she managed clinical software applications for a large enterprise health system in the Midwest U.S. Her experience leading clinical transformation will bolster Oneview’s ambitions to maintain operational excellence as the business grows.

In Dubai, where Oneview Healthcare counts Mediclinic Middle East among its customers, Andrew Kromolicki has been appointed as Solutions Consultant. Andrew joins Oneview from his role as Senior Integration Architect at Cerner Corporation where he spent over eight years successfully delivering EMR implementations across Europe and the Middle East. He will bring his considerable experience and expertise to Oneview’s EMR integrations, clinical workflow and quality assurance initiatives. Andrew will be an important addition to the Middle East team and will boost the capability of the solutions team at a global level.
