Telemynd, which delivers virtual behavioral healthcare to U.S. military families and government health benefit programs in all 50 states, integrated its intake systems directly with the CharmHealth electronic health record (EHR) platform using CharmHealth APIs. The integration eliminated approximately 15 minutes of manual data entry for every new patient, reduced new patient wait times by 7%, and increased provider satisfaction to 90%.
Prior to the integration, Telemynd staff manually entered patient information into the EHR after intake, creating administrative bottlenecks as the organization expanded its national network of licensed behavioral health providers. Automating the process eliminated duplicate data entry and allowed staff to spend more time supporting patients while increasing overall operational efficiency.
