Motive Medical Intelligence Names Jay Sultan Executive Vice President of Product Strategy and Management

Motive Medical Intelligence has appointed Jay Sultan as Executive Vice President of Product
Strategy and Management. The move adds a seasoned healthcare strategist to the
company’s leadership team as it continues to evolve its data analytics offerings aimed at
physician-level performance and value-based care.

Leadership Role Focused on Product Strategy
In his new role, Sultan will oversee Motive’s entire product portfolio, including its flagship
platform Practicing Wisely. His focus will be on aligning the company’s solutions with the
needs of health plans, healthcare providers, and health systems navigating ongoing changes
in the healthcare landscape.

Extensive Experience Across Healthcare Sectors
Sultan brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare innovation, analytics, and product
development. Prior to joining Motive, he served as Chief Data and Analytics Officer at
Tegria, where he led the launch of several services including AI-powered communication
tools and data platforms.
His previous roles include:
 Vice President of Healthcare Strategy at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, leading growth
initiatives
 Senior leadership roles at Cognizant, Edifecs, and The TriZetto Group, where he was
involved in the development and commercialization of healthcare technologies
He has also acted as a strategic advisor to healthcare payers, provider organizations, private
equity firms, and startups in the health IT space.

Vision for Healthcare Analytics

Speaking on his new appointment, Sultan expressed enthusiasm for joining Motive at a time
when performance analytics are becoming central to healthcare improvement efforts.
