Recognition pours in from industry organizations while customer success climbs
As the electronic health record (EHR) industry continues to undergo a significant transformation, Greenway Health’s cloud-based EHR and practice management solution, Intergy, continues to experience strong momentum in the marketplace. The leading health information technology and services provider received a total of five accolades for Intergy in 2019, which mirrored customer demand for the product.
“EHRs are the backbone of ambulatory practices and must be designed and tailored to meet the specific needs of today’s physicians,” said Kali Durgampudi, chief technology and innovation officer at Greenway. “With a strong focus on healthcare innovation, we’ve been continually improving our products so our customers can thrive in the world of value-based healthcare.”

Helping Practices Increase Efficiencies and Profitability
“By listening to our customers’ product feedback and spending more time observing their daily workflows, we’ve been able to advance Intergy to be a more effective and efficient solution. Intergy is raising the bar for how EHRs need to adapt to support customer practices in this dynamic healthcare environment,” added David Cohen, senior vice president, product management.
For example, Medical Colleagues of Texas (MCT), an independent practice with specialties from primary care to pulmonary disease to OB-GYN services, has utilized Greenway’s Intergy platform for EHR and practice management services since 2008. According to Ethan Bing, practice administrator, Intergy’s EHR and practice management system has improved customer support and maximized the practice’s efficiency. By implementing Intergy, MCT has also improved its population health support and clinical standards with the help of practice analytics data.
“[Intergy] lets us run our business optimally, everything from our operational to financial tools are packaged with Intergy,” said Bing. “Intergy also allows the doctors and the staff to customize their workflows to the degree that makes sense for them. As a result, our average patient wait times have shrunk from nearly an hour down to 15 to 20 minutes.”
