First meeting focused on future innovation roadmap of Gozio’s extensible mobile engagement platform
Gozio Health, a customizable, location-aware mobile engagement platform, has formed a Customer Advisory Board (CAB) bringing together senior digital, information, patient experience and marketing executives from leading health systems across the nation. In addition, Gozio held its first User Group Meeting (UGM) on May 8-9, 2023, in Atlanta, where it gathered real-world insights to guide future innovation for increasing consumer engagement and expanding the value proposition of its proven mobile platform.
Gozio’s inaugural CAB will serve as a think tank for such areas as the company’s product roadmap, go-to-market strategy and future growth. Current members include:
- Jeff Stewart, System Director of Strategic Marketing, CHRISTUS Health
- Lisa Stump, SVP, Chief Information & Digital Transformation Officer, Yale New Haven Health System
- Katie Logan, Chief Consumer and Strategic Planning Officer, Piedmont Healthcare
- David Seo, M.D., SVP, Chief Digital Information Officer/Chief Information Officer, Nicklaus Children’s Health System
“Gozio is differentiated in the market by its open platform, which has allowed Nicklaus Children’s to customize how we bring together digital experiences into a single health system app—a critical component to specifically addressing the needs of children and families,” Seo said. “Digital is such an important component to the future of patient engagement and experience. Our team is looking forward to working with Gozio to expand our mobile app experiences by user type and through creative components such as built-in entertainment options and the ability to order food.”
Gozio’s UGM follows the company’s recent launch of new capabilities that allow hospitals and health systems to provide custom mobile experiences by user type or group. This expansion enables healthcare organizations to not only design a cohesive mobile app within a single platform, but also develop unique digital experiences that more specifically address the needs and expectations of a wide variety of stakeholders, including patients, families, staff or even specific specialties.
“The caliber of Gozio’s first CAB speaks for itself, and we are excited to have this team of forward-thinking professionals working with us in an advisory role as we prepare for the company’s next wave of growth,” said Joshua Titus, CEO and Founder of Gozio Health. “Our first UGM was extremely successful, and our team looks forward to applying all that we have learned to product expansion and development.”
