Doceree reports 98 hires in 2025 across U.S., India and other markets

Company says the additions expanded teams in product, engineering, AI, data science, and commercial roles, as it builds out its healthcare marketing platform.

Doceree, a healthcare marketing technology company based in Short Hills, New Jersey, said it made 98 hires across five global markets in 2025, adding staff in product, engineering, artificial intelligence, data science, and sales and marketing.

In its announcement, the company said the hiring represented roughly 30% of its existing workforce and was intended to increase capacity for building and scaling AI-enabled tools used in healthcare marketing, while maintaining privacy and compliance standards.

Doceree provided a regional breakdown of the hires, reporting 34 additions in the United States and 62 in India, with additional hires across the U.K., EU and Asia-Pacific. The company said its India team functions as a hub for AI and engineering work supporting its broader product roadmap.

Founder and Global CEO Harshit Jain said in a statement that the company’s hiring approach was focused on building long-term capabilities rather than expanding headcount for its own sake.

Doceree also pointed to external recognition it says supports its talent strategy. The company has separately announced that it received recognition from OpenAI related to surpassing 10 billion tokens processed. Doceree has also been listed as a Silver winner in the Globee Business Awards in an “Achievement in Artificial Intelligence” category.

The company said it plans to continue recruiting for roles tied to AI, data science and product development, with an emphasis on trust, privacy and professional ethics in healthcare communications.
