AnswersNow Forms Corporate Advisory Board to Guide Growth of Virtual Autism Therapy Platform

Industry leaders from healthcare, education, and insurance join to help scale evidence-based virtual ABA therapy services across the U.S.
Richmond, VA – July 22, 2025 – AnswersNow, a provider of virtual Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, has announced the formation of its new Corporate Advisory Board to support strategic growth and ensure its services remain aligned with the needs of families, clinicians, and insurers navigating the rising demand for autism support.
The newly appointed board includes:
- Kim Henrichsen, President of St. Louis University Hospital and St. Mary’s Hospital
- Andrew Post, President of Hazel Health
- Yagnesh Vadgama, President and COO of Magellan Health
Each brings experience across healthcare operations, behavioral health, telehealth, and education, and will help guide AnswersNow as it expands its virtual therapy model.
Responding to Rising Need for Autism Support
Autism is now the fastest-growing developmental disability in the U.S., yet many families face long waitlists, limited geographic access, and inflexible care models. AnswersNow seeks to close these gaps with its virtual ABA therapy platform, which offers:
- 1:1 therapy sessions with Master’s- or PhD-level Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Flexible scheduling and rapid access to care
- Technology-enabled support that allows clinicians to customize care plans based on individual family needs
“The next few years are critical to reversing a broken autism support system in America,” said Jeff Beck, CEO of AnswersNow. “I’m proud to welcome Kim, Andrew, and Yagnesh—three leaders who understand the complexities of care delivery and can help us scale in a way that’s clinically sound, financially sustainable, and equitable for families.”
Board Member Profiles
- Kim Henrichsen leads two major hospitals within SSM Health and previously held executive roles at Centene and Intermountain Healthcare. She brings clinical operations and system-level insight to the board.
- Andrew Post is a former educator and now President of Hazel Health, the largest K–12 telehealth provider in the U.S. His work spans education, innovation, and health equity, with experience in public school administration and nonprofit leadership.
- Yagnesh Vadgama oversees national autism and ABA programs at Magellan Health. His work focuses on advancing outcomes measurement in behavioral health and leading product development in autism care.
With this board in place, AnswersNow aims to accelerate its mission to improve access to evidence-based autism therapy and build a scalable model that supports families, providers, and payers nationwide.
