Allscripts electronic health records (EHRs) rank highest for overall satisfaction and client loyalty among large group practices
Allscripts (NASDAQ:MDRX) earned top scores in multiple categories and criteria for its ambulatory EHRs, including Allscripts Professional EHRTM, Allscripts TouchWorks® EHR and Allscripts SunriseTM Ambulatory Care, from research company Black Book RankingsTM (Black Book). The firm collected results for operational excellence from 17,973 respondents on 18 performance areas to rank more than 440 EHR providers.
This is the third year in a row that Allscripts ranked number one among independent practice associations and provider groups with 26-99 practitioners. Allscripts ambulatory solutions also earned the top spot for Primary Care, General Surgery and Cardiology. Further, Allscripts scored #1 in individual criteria for provider groups with greater than 100 practioners, including:
