PwC and Zyter Collaborate to Help Healthcare Organizations Transform Total Cost of Care and Improve Measurable Outcomes
PwC and Zyter|TruCare partner to help payers and providers improve outcomes with AI-powered care coordination.
PwC and Zyter have announced a strategic collaboration aimed at helping healthcare payers and providers reduce total cost of care while improving patient outcomes through AI-enabled operational transformation.
The collaboration combines PwC’s healthcare consulting and transformation expertise with Zyter|TruCare’s AI-powered healthcare execution platform to modernize clinical and administrative workflows. Together, the companies will help organizations improve care coordination, streamline operations, and reduce avoidable healthcare costs.
Rather than focusing solely on technology implementation, the partnership is designed to help healthcare organizations redesign operating models and deploy governed artificial intelligence across key functions, including utilization management, care management, appeals and grievances, and other clinical workflows.
The joint offering addresses growing challenges facing healthcare organizations, including rising medical costs, staffing shortages, fragmented data, and increasing administrative complexity. Clients will receive support in evaluating existing operations, developing transformation strategies, and implementing AI-enabled workflows built on interoperable, API-based architecture with governance and compliance controls.
PwC will provide consulting, implementation, change management, and program execution services, while Zyter|TruCare will contribute its AI execution platform and clinical workflow technology. Through Zyter Symphony orchestration, organizations can automate repetitive administrative tasks, improve collaboration across care teams, strengthen member engagement, and enhance provider efficiency.
The companies say the collaboration is intended to deliver measurable improvements in healthcare performance by enabling organizations to execute coordinated, outcome-driven care while lowering operational costs.
Zyter’s platform currently supports more than 44 million covered lives across 45-plus health plans and offers NCQA pre-certified, HITRUST-certified, and SOC 2-compliant solutions for care management, utilization review, and clinical operations.
