EnableComp Appoints Matt Capell COO to Drive Hospital Performance

Experienced leader brings operational expertise and a client-focused approach to hospitals and health systems

EnableComp, a provider of complex revenue cycle management solutions, has appointed Matt Capell as chief operating officer (COO) to lead operations and support the company’s continued growth.

Capell will oversee operations and implementation, focusing on scaling the company’s domestic and global capabilities across its Complex Claims, Denials and Recovery services. The company plans to leverage its AI-driven platform and data to accelerate claims processing, strengthen reporting and provide hospitals with greater insight into revenue recovery.

“Matt combines RCM product and operational expertise with real urgency and a passion for the client experience,” said Frank Forte, CEO of EnableComp. He added that Capell’s leadership will help translate operational improvements into measurable value for healthcare organizations.

Capell brings more than 25 years of experience in healthcare and technology-enabled services. Most recently, he served as regional president at Main Street Health, overseeing growth and operations across multiple states. Previously, he was chief product officer at LTCG, where he launched and led a claims and insurtech business.

With hospitals facing ongoing financial pressures, Capell said his priority will be ensuring clients see the benefits of EnableComp’s specialized expertise and technology from implementation onward.

EnableComp serves more than 1,000 hospitals and reports recovering $3 billion annually through its revenue cycle management platform. Its services help providers address complex claims, denials and underpayments while strengthening financial performance.
