Proto360 Health Launches to Standardize GLP-1 Care

Proto360 Health standardizes GLP-1 treatment with data-driven care for patients, physicians and employers

Proto360 Health has launched a physician-led platform designed to help medical practices and employers standardize care for patients using GLP-1 medications and managing metabolic health.

The platform combines physician-developed protocols, diagnostic testing, remote monitoring and dedicated clinical teams to support patients throughout treatment, from initial evaluation to long-term maintenance.

GLP-1 prescriptions have expanded rapidly, but ongoing support can vary. Proto360 aims to address gaps in care with consistent monitoring, side-effect management and individualized treatment plans, including guidance when medication adjustments or discontinuation are appropriate.

“Obesity is a chronic disease, and prescribing a GLP-1 or other drug is just one part of treating it,” said Dr. Katrina Mattingly, founding partner of Proto360. She emphasized the importance of ongoing clinical support as patients progress through treatment.

Care is delivered through ProtoMD, Proto360’s medical group, whose physicians, physician associates and lifestyle coaches follow the platform’s clinical protocols. Referring physicians remain informed, allowing patients to maintain their relationship with their existing providers.

Proto360 partners with primary care and specialty practices, including endocrinology, orthopedics, bariatric surgery and OB/GYN. Its white-label model allows practices to offer specialized metabolic care without building their own clinical teams or technology infrastructure.

The company also works with small and midsize employers, combining GLP-1 coverage with clinical oversight and continued monitoring to help manage treatment outcomes and healthcare costs.
