Sagility Acquires Chirok Health to Expand Provider Services
Acquisition strengthens clinical documentation, medical coding, revenue integrity and value-based care capabilities.
Sagility, an AI-led healthcare operations company, has acquired Chirok Health, a provider of clinical documentation improvement, medical coding, quality assurance and revenue integrity services.
The acquisition expands Sagility’s provider services portfolio, adding specialized expertise to its existing revenue cycle management, analytics and AI-driven operations capabilities.
The combined organization aims to help hospitals and health systems improve documentation accuracy, coding quality, reimbursement and financial performance while addressing staffing challenges and the growing demands of value-based care.

Chirok founder and CEO Kanar Kokoy said clients will continue receiving the company’s specialized support while gaining access to Sagility’s broader services. The acquisition follows Sagility’s recent purchase of CareSeed, further expanding its provider-focused capabilities.
