PointClickCare Names New Leaders for Acute, Payer and Senior Living

David Rodriguez and Valene Mason will lead key business segments as the company focuses on growth, innovation and market alignment

PointClickCare has appointed two senior executives to lead key business segments as the healthcare technology company seeks to accelerate growth and respond to changes in healthcare delivery.

David Rodriguez has been named senior vice president and general manager of Acute & Payer. He previously served as vice president of the company’s Northeast and Southeast markets. Rodriguez brings nearly two decades of healthcare technology experience, including large-scale health IT implementations and digital transformation initiatives for healthcare providers. He joined PointClickCare through its 2022 acquisition of Audacious Inquiry and has helped expand the company’s acute and payer business, strengthen customer relationships and advance care coordination across healthcare settings.

Valene Mason has been named senior vice president and general manager of Senior Living. She previously served as vice president of provider sales. Mason brings more than 22 years of healthcare technology experience spanning provider, post-acute and long-term care markets. Throughout her career, she has focused on business growth, operational execution and building high-performing teams. In her new role, she will oversee efforts to align commercial, product and customer-facing teams to strengthen performance and support senior living providers.

The appointments are intended to bring more focused expertise to each business segment, accelerate decision-making and align innovation with market needs.
