​​During this full-day, invitation-only event, participants will:

• Watch “Shark Tank” style pitches of transformational health innovations: Up to twenty innovative start-ups will pitch their solutions to a panel of investors while being observed by more than 200 key decision makers, health services providers, and investors who combined influence well over $20 million dollars in grants, purchases, and investments in Northeastern New York. 
• Participate in identifying new solutions:  In a series of roundtable discussions, summit participants and innovators will work together to define the shared challenges to optimized health, consider the perspectives of providers and patients, and then brainstorm to identify innovative products, processes and practices to solve them.

​​In partnership with the MedStartr Grand Challenge, this exclusive event is organized by four Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) Performing Provider Systems (PPS) which represent hospitals and large provider networks across 23 counties in Northeastern New York.
